Most players Right after Blind Agatha's rest, there a cave with a some enemies and a small pond, followed by another cave with a shortcut ladder that has to be kicked down. I have yet to find the area it originated from however. Is this is an area reached later on with the Pilgrim's Perch key or am I just blind?
